The quarter final for champions league was played Wednesday 4th of April between Manchester city and Liverpool. The real gist is that Manchester city did not find it funny during the match as Liverpool whopped the team, at a point I was beginning to feel the pains of Pep Guardiola, Manchester city should be unbeatable but somehow Liverpool defeated them gallantly.
The match started on a high note for Liverpool as Mohammed Salah scored the first goal 12 minutes into the first half of the match, that was Salah’s 38th goal for Liverpool this season but that guy is good sha back to the gist as if that was not enough Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain scored the second goal and Sadio Mane scored the last goal and Manchester city couldn’t return a goal.
The loss of Salah during the second half of the game to a groin injury of unknown gravity was a major concern for the team but even with that Liverpool still blew Guardiola’s men away, you will agree with me that Guardiola needs to re-strategize. The jurgen Klopp’s boys are not here to play, they are in for real business.
